Standard Chartered EPL Masters Football Malaysia Cup continues to bring great legends from the EPL to play for Manchester United, Liverpool, EPL All-Stars and The Malaysian Legend teams.
Set to fire up the crowd and pitch at
Stadium Malawati, Shah Alam on 22 April 2012, footie fans can once again root for their favourite legends such as
Liverpool MastersRobbie Fowler, Steve McManaman, Patrik Berger, Stephan Henchoz, Vladimir Smicer.
Man United Masters Andy Cole, Quinton Fortune, David May, Clayton Blackmore, and Viv Anderson,
All Stars Masters Ian Walker, Gaizka Mendieta, Michael Thomas, and Darren Anderton and of course, our very own Malaysian Masters team led by Zainal Abidin Hassan, and managed by Dato K. Rajagopal.
This year, Liverpool, Manchester City, Bayern Munich legend, Dieter Hamann, better known as Didi, set the momentum in place when he came down for the Liverpool vs Manchester United BPL Viewing Party in February 2012 and fans can be assured of yet another tournament to mark history.
The tournament in April kicks off with a Football Street Carnival of games, competitions, music and scrumptious food on
22nd April at 1:00pm before the tournament. Fans at the carnival will have the amazing opportunity to meet the players face to face and even grab an autograph at the signing sessions. There are also more exclusive opportunities to get up close and personal with the greats at the
Masters Gala Dinner on 23rd April, or stand a chance to catch them trying their hand at
City Golf in Bangsar on 24th April!
